Shield CaaS is a private social media scheduling dashboard operated by nGenius Pro. By using the service, authorized users agree to use it only for accounts they own, administer, or have explicit permission to manage.

Authorized Use

Users may use the service to connect social accounts, upload or select approved media, schedule posts, and publish approved content to supported platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed for any content they publish.

Platform Rules

Users must follow the terms, community guidelines, and API policies of each connected social platform. Platform access may be limited or revoked if a platform changes its rules or denies an integration request.

Service Availability

The service depends on third-party hosting, Postiz, and social platform APIs. Publishing may be delayed, rejected, or unavailable due to platform limits, outages, review status, account permissions, or configuration issues.

Account Removal

Authorized users may disconnect social accounts in the dashboard or request account removal by contacting the service operator.
